5. First Aid for Wounds and Injuries
- Bandaging techniques for cuts, wounds and bleeding control.

- Burn care, wound cleaning and use of dressings and burn gel.
6. Special Situations & Outdoor First Aid
- Heat exhaustion, heat stroke and cold exposure (hypothermia, frostbite).
- Poisoning and overdose – what to do and what not to do.
- Basic first-aid planning for outdoor activities, events and remote sites.

It is a short, intensive training program that teaches you how to assess emergencies, provide basic first aid,

No medical background is required. The training is designed for beginners as well as experienced staff,
