The Khurais Saudi Aramco Expansion Project is one of the second oil refinery   in Saudi Arabia. CCE is one of the Major Civil Contractor for SAIEM Saudi Ltd. On this Project CCE having 32 Industrial Buildings 15 in green area (Outside the Plant) and 17 Buildings in Brown area. (With in Live plant area).

Scope of the work is constricting the Main Substations, Team Buildings, Battery Rooms, PIB Buildings, RO plant, Chemical Shelters and Operators building and Excavation, which was in the peak area of the project.  The Latest Saudi Aramco HSE Procedures are applied on the Project.

Cooling Tower, flare area and Stock pile.   Challenges was Traffic Control, Heavy Equipment Operation, excavation, fall protection, fire prevention, heat stress programs etc. The manpower was approximately 3,000 in peak time. CCE was the Main Civil contractor for Technip Italy on this Project.
