Module 2: Legal and Contractual Safety Requirements
BOCW Act and Rules, safety policy, site safety plan, safety documentation, training records and contractor safety compliance.
Module 3: Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
Hazard, risk, control measures, HIRA, Job Safety Analysis, Safe Work Method Statement and hierarchy of control.
Module 4: Construction Site Safety
Housekeeping, access and egress, work at height, ladder safety, scaffold safety, excavation safety and general site controls.
Module 5: Electrical, Fire and Hot Work Safety
Electrical hazards, temporary electrical safety, LOTO basics, fire prevention, firefighting equipment, welding, cutting and grinding safety.
Module 6: Lifting, Material Handling and Machinery Safety
Manual handling, crane and lifting safety, plant and machinery safety, hand tools, power tools and traffic movement control.
Module 7: Occupational Health, PPE and Welfare
PPE selection and use, first aid awareness, heat stress, dust, noise, hygiene, welfare facilities and occupational health hazards.
Module 8: Safety Supervision and Final Assessment
